5-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests submitted after the 5-day period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, tags, accessories, and protective materials.
Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without their original packaging or in a used condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Gift cards.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Products that have been worn, used, washed, or altered.
Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us within the 5-day return period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
